Weird: Because Normal Isn’t Working
Craig’s latest book is officially launched and we’re thrilled to see how God uses it to help people break free from the norm and live a radically abnormal (and much more fulfilling) life. Here’s a quick video from Craig about Weird, a sample from the book, and some helpful links.
You can get your copy now:
Description:
Normal people are stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted. Many of their relationships are, at best, strained and, in most cases, just surviving. Even though we live in one of the most prosperous places on earth, normal is still living paycheck to paycheck and never getting ahead. In our oversexed world, lust, premarital sex, guilt, and shame are far more common than purity, virginity, and a healthy married sex life. And when it comes to God, the majority believe in him, but the teachings of scripture rarely make it into their everyday lives. Simply put, normal isn’t working. Groeschel’s WEIRD views will help you break free from the norm to lead a radically abnormal (and endlessly more fulfilling) life.

love this new book - an incredible read!
Last time I have read Craig´s books, I learned how not to be the CHRISTIAN version of an ATHEIST even when I live in the Czech Republic, the country full of Atheists (70%), because we really need to have IT to GOING ALL THE WAY in the spirit of CHAZOWN as I agree with the CONFESSIONS OF A PASTOR. As you can see, I am a fan :-)

Can hardly wait to get a copy so I can read it and then send it on to influence another. God is good!
I am so excited about this book as I am often referred to as the wierd one amongst my friends. Most of friends don’t go to church or believe in Jesus as the way, so this book will help me understand my position better and therefore allow me, “to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.”
I want this book so bad! Finally, someone else who thinks weird is normal!
In a culture where most long to be “normal”, it is refreshing and inspiring to watch a church and its’ leaders seek the “weird”. Thanks Craig and Lifechurch for your innovation….and generosity.
Looking forward to reading it. When I was a kid my mom used to always say, “Why be normal? Normal isn’t unique. Normal is simply trying to fit in.”
I am excited to dive in this book the video was specking words from my heart wow! And I read close to no books just the Bible.

Hey Craig, I heard you for the first time at Catalyst last year in Atlanta. It was there that I picked up your book, It. Since then I’ve read The Christian Atheist and Weird. Fantastic!
Incidentally, last night my wife and I were watching the movie Fireproof and one scene jumped out. It was the scene where Caleb takes a baseball bat to his computer. His elderly neighbors see him do it and just say, “He’s weird.” It immediately reminded me of your book’s chapter on sex. Such a perfect movie clip to supplement the chapter.
Anyway, thanks for being such a faithful example of a godly husband, father, pastor, and follower of Christ.

Love this book! Love the practical tips. Great read for everyone!!
This book is so amazing. It is keeping me in check daily. It is inspirational and moving. I am on the track to being weird!!!
Once again, Craig tells it like it is. Loved this book. It’s like one of those things you know but just needed someone else to tell you; like a kick in the butt.
We are actually doing a whole series based on each chapter of the book. This is stuff everyone needs to hear.
