Hiring at

Last week we brought our entire team together for what we call our Family Reunion—several days dedicated to vision casting and investing in each other (and a little dodgeball ;) I could not be more excited about what’s in store over the next few months and the people God has brought to our team. And right now, we’re adding to our team in several key areas. Here’s a snapshot of two of the positions, but you can find the complete listings at

Director of Network Operations

Are you a visionary, articulate and energetic leader with experience in leading an innovative team of technologists?  Do you always target excellence and drive for efficient results?  Are you full of integrity, resiliency and able to shift directions on a dime?  Then we want to talk to you!

Digerati Support Developer

Our Digerati team is looking for someone who will be a connection point for our web properties and all those who use them. You’re a unique individual who loves to solve problems and connect with the users of those tools. Users include both staff that utilize these tools for ministry and the overall end users. To solve problems you are able to jump in and get your hands dirty. Your tools are: PHP, APIs, frameworks, and enough frontend elements to fill in the holes.

Talent and skills are important for any hiring we do, but passion about the local church and leading others to become fully devoted followers of Christ is at the top of the list. Everything you need to apply is online, so check it out!

I want the position of the guy who stands behind Craig and whispers into his ear “Look behind you, remember you are only a man”, etc. What? That position is already filled by his wife? Dang, foiled again! (grin)

This is one of those instances where you say to yourself… “Why did I debate on a Music Major or a Computer Science Major.” Oh yeah… I got a scholarship for music!

I wish I was close enough to a campus to work for Lifechurch! If you ever need someone based out of Seattle - give me a shout! Oh and I would relocate easily if there was an opportunity to work with Lifechurch by creating a military ministry. I have such a heart and passion to support our troops.
