The NW team is buzzing in conversations at how much they appreciate you and what this meant to our staff. I find that when I'm not functioning in my top 5% (the top 5% of things in our lives that matter most to us as explained by Wayne Cordeiro in "Leading On Empty"), I tend to not give my best final 10 percent of the things that really matter.
