It allows someone like me in another country (Australia) to plug in and learn from a huge range of leaders and God followers! I can't tell you how much I've appreciated being able to log on and join in and hear some great teaching even though I live on the otherside of the world! This is what the church is all about, family supporting and communing together, encouring and challenging each other to grow and excel in following God... I'm a HUGE fan of online church!

Advantage.
We are able to "zero in on" and discuss the message with our teenagers who sit with us at the kitchen table attending online church. This works for our family and beats having them run off to youth service to play games or whatever goes on in there anyday!

Strengths in Church online include (but are not limited to)
1. Get to see, feel out the church before I attend physically. HUGE advantage!
2. People go to church and life doesn't keep Them away( if kids, car breaks down THEY can still attend)
3. Easy evangelism tool. (In prison, home confinement, what ever you can ALWAYS invite somebody to the www of church!)
4. Global reach for your vision
5. Puts your church in a " Hello, we are IN with the times" catagory by NOT ignoring those on the Internet.
Many more, my former church had one, you guys have one, it's great...

Bobby and Craig,

Your team at Lifechurch completely gets it. It is all about reaching people who haven't been reached, and it's fabulous to see how you're using the latest tech tools in ways that honor God. Giving it all away for free removes all the hidden agendas and challenges the rest of the Christian community. LOVED the statement "God's Word is not for sale!

My brain was ready to explode after experiencing your technology over breakfast. I lead a ministry that equips churches to serve families of children with special emotional or behavioral needs. What you've created is a great resource for families who don't live in a community where there's a church prepared to welcome them into their ministry environments. There's great potential here to do small groups experiences or worship for parents who are otherwise homebound because of child care needs. Kids with anxiety disorders or poor social skills often stop going to church because large group settings become overwhelming. Your youth ministry team could reach them by putting worship content online with a leader facilitating their group discussion over the web. These tools can be used to help build a sense of community that would help teens or adults overcome their resistance to visiting church in person.

I look forward to more stories of how your team scores big points for God's Kingdom with your new tools!

I can attend church on my phone no matter where I am...incredible!! except Craig said I can't watch for more than 17 minutes from the ____ because mom said that was just not right...

I am honored to be a part of LifeChurch.tv. I am captivated by the vision and leading people to become full devoted followers of Christ! When I think of and see the potential along with the testimonies shared I am in awe. Excited!! I am with Kev thanks for letting me be a part of what God is doing!

What are some disadvantages or objections. Does an internet campus keep some people from attending church? Does in inhibit community or the transition to serve the community?

I've been attending Church Online for a few weeks. The tools that Church Online has produced have made it easier to share or engage people in non-threatening ways to share the Gospel. Sometimes, it's just not easy to strike up a conversation about Jesus but being able to send co-workers or friends invites via Church Online or tell my tech-savy friends about Youversion apps, make getting "in the door" much easier.

A few weeks ago I was able to attend with my father and mother. They were 950 miles physically away from where I was but we were able to share a common experience and talk about the message together. Very cool.

The message was "Bucket List." My father has cancer so not only was it timely, but I don't know how many more times I will be able to attend church with my parents. It was priceless.

It give smaller churches who could never undertake such a large mission project the ability to be a part of something global.

If a church chooses to partner even closer at a Network level it gives them a combination approach of church online & a live location to offer people options of connection out of the local community.

I think we have only just scratched to surface of the potential ahead of us, and if we choose to partner together for kingdom advancement who knows what God will do?

Thanks for allowing me to part of the journey..

Bless ya heaps
Ps Kev ( CCCLive.tv Team )
