Dear brethren ,greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ.It is my hope that you are under good care of Almighty father above .It is good from you on how you are carrying on the Lord `s work and that you are serving the Lord around the world and you are enriching Lord `s people with the wonderful word of hope in their hearts .
As a pastor from Kenya i am very much eager to see you and to share with you the word of God and i am very much inspired by your message .As a church pastor i could like to request you to come here in Kisii Kenya with your team so as to meet with my people and share with them as the Lord directs you .We also need you to teach us and to share with you much .
We are also a church which needs to have a founder because is started with a small fellowship and God is going on blessing it ,so i call upon you to come over and reopen it in an official way to ordain the church leaders under your ministry .I will be praying for you for the word that you have planted in the hearts of men .The church also holds 20 kids who needs prayers so that they can meet their daily needs in life .This is the gift that the Lord has given has to care for and look after them ,so i ask you to remember them in your prayers .I pray the lord to assist you in what you do so as to bring his people to his kingdom .

Right now I am reading your (Craig) book Confessions of a Pastor and I am loving it. Thanks for being so open and honest. You said you would never write like Erwin McManus. I think that is okay. Not to give you big head but I like your writing better. Maybe it has something to do with us both being Okies? Keep up the great work.

Thanks for this! This is something I’m REALLY struggling with these days… I’ve only been in ministry 2 years (after 15 years in the computer industry). With computer consulting, I knew exactly who I was… but, man, in ministry, I’m expected to read this, read that, go to this conference and that seminar and everything else in between.

It’s pretty exhausting trying to live up to the expectation of being someone else… I’ll stop trying :)

All of our strengths have a potential to have a weakness if we lean to far that way. That is why we have the Holy Spirit and his fruit to balance us out. He gives us wisdom, peace, patience, love, understanding, conviction and the list goes on!!! I should work on being led by the Holy Spirit as being a top 3 strength.

1. I’m great at communicating complex things in simple ways, so that people around me often smack their foreheads and say, “Duh! Why didn’t I see that before?”
2. I’m great at BEING inspired by things that both move the heart of God AND are within my giftedness to do something significant about. And doing that inspires others. Which is a whole lot of fun.
3. I’m particularly good at seeing latent giftedness and dragging it out of people whether they like it or not (and they usually thank me in the end).
