swerve lab: The Process
Thank you so much for the feedback on the swerve lab idea.
We’re going to move forward and try it…with your help. All of this WILL likely change, but I’m going to start with something very simple and see where it goes. So here’s the process:
1. Email us at swerve@lifechurch.tv with any issue you’d like to receive feedback on from other leaders who are a part of the swerve community. It can be an issue that your church/organization is facing, or something that you individually are facing as a leader. If you would like to remain anonymous…please clearly indicate in the email that you would like for your name/contact info to be kept anonymous.
2. I will select and post one issue on the swerve blog each week. We’ll keep everyone focused on giving feedback on one issue a week. If the user submitting the issue is anonymous…he/she can still comment on the post by using their real email address (which will not be displayed) and the name “ANONYMOUS.”
3. I’ll make sure that we’ll be able to later build a separate, dedicated area on swerve by appropriately tagging posts. That way, we’ll have an archive of these posts, and possibly even begin new discussions there later.
This will be an experiment. It will only continue if it’s something that’s effective. That largely depends on your involvement…so thanks in advance. We may also increase the frequency of the lab posts, depending on the response.

For the long run, I would love a swerve forum for this. Would blow my mind away to have a fusion of everyone out there in a forum - would make it much, much easier to find wisdom in need etc.
