LifeChurch.tv is now in Wellington, FL
This past weekend we announced to our church that we have united with a church in Palm Beach County to begin a new campus called LifeChurch.tv Wellington.
While I anticipate that announcements of new campuses will become increasingly more common in the coming months, there is nothing common or ordinary about the selfless decision that this church (New Community Church) made when they overwhelming voted to join what God is doing at LifeChurch.tv last week.
God has already done amazing things with this Kingdom-minded decision….we saw 10 people make decisions to become followers of Christ yesterday in the first two experiences of LifeChurch.tv Wellington!! We look forward to seeing what God will do as we work beside other great churches to reach out to the growing population of people in Palm Beach County who do not know Christ.
We currently have two worship experiences at 9 and 10:30 a.m. at Palm Beach Central High School. If you know of family or friends in that part of the world who are not connected to a church…please let them know.
On a side note, this marks the 4th time (3rd time in the last 18 months) that God has united LifeChurch.tv with another church and it never ceases to amaze me. We are humbled by how God has used these new campuses to reach more people than I believe LifeChurch.tv and these churches could have done on our own. It seems to be a 1+1=10 equation that doesn’t make sense our finite math. I’m glad we serve a God that isn’t limited by our logic.
You can take a look at video of the announcement here:

Visit

We are so excited about the life changes this past weekend! God is good. Welcome to the LifeChurch.tv family. We were praying for you all week.
My wife and I are already making plans to visit this new campus. Welcome, Wellington, FL!!!
The video mentions there are more than 350,000 unchurched people in your county. How do you arrive at those statistics? I have done research and my background is statistics and I cannot find a source to tell me, in my county, how many people go to church and tell me how many go to bible believing churches and exclude the new age churches that are numerous in our community. Could you please share your source?
Thanks,

Craig, Bobby and the rest of the staff- your vision at lifechurch to partner with churches in creative ways is unbelievable. Truly this embodies a Kingdom mindset. I am so excited for you guys and the people in Wellington. I was talking to someone this week about your vision 50 in 5 and I said - what if there was a lifechurch within a 1 hour drive of every person in America? How’s that for God sized vision. Now if I could get my plant to reach more people in my city…Maybe I need some help. Pray for us at Crosspoint Community Church as we pray for lifchurch. Its all about Jesus!
Dave,
Praying for Crosspoint CC today! Go get em!
this is Larry the Campus Pastor at LifeChurch.tv Wellington. What a weekend we had! God showed up in a very powerful way. We kicked off the experience with a Lynard Skynard classic. The crowd went nuts. Thanks for all your prayers and support. I can’t wait to see what God does this week.
Tina–the statistic quoted in the video is about 8 years old. The reality is there is more than 450,000 un-churched in our area. The statistics came from the Southern Baptist Convention and specifically from their mission board. The SBC indicate that 82% of Palm Beach County does not regularly attend church. You can also get similar statistics through some private companies.
Larry,
Thank you to you, your staff, the elders, and all the people from the church! You all have an amazing heart for the Kingdom. I praise God for you and your leadership! This is the beginning of great things to come!
This is Kevin, the youth pastor at our new Wellinton Campus. We are all very excited about what God is doing. Last Wednesday night we had 2 middle school boys make first time decisions to follow God! Thats what it is all about. I am excited about being part of the LifeChurch family! Whoever finds God…. FINDS LIFE!!!
Lifechurch family,
Watching the set-up team (Damon, Derrick, JP) work seamlessly alongside new LC.tv brothers brought about an intense God-moment on Saturday afternoon as if a break-thru kingdom-event was about to take place (in the midst of a Wellington first time set-up). The moment wasn’t specifically prayed for nor expected. But just like Jesus, He shows up when we least expect it and always in full measure.
The day was a precursor to the momentum being built by all of you who are praying for God-sized events to happen across these harvest fields. He is listening and your prayers are effective. Each day is a new day in the fields and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for us/me tomorrow.

Ha! When I talked to you a month ago Bobby, I told you that LC would be in FL. Are we next?
Jody May here, the new Associate Pastor at Lifechurch.tv Wellington! I wish I could tell you all of the many cool God things that God has been setting up to make this happen but it would take too much time. We are stoked about getting the opportunity to reach this community for Christ!
By the way, just wanted to let you all know that was the coldest day of the year with a high of 68. Whew! Man, it gets cold down here!
Man, I’m I excited about God answering prayers. That goes as well for my wife. We have preyed for a long, long, long, long time for God’s spirit to move this church to the next level. We are so excited about Pastor Craig Groeschel and our new campus(Wellington, FL). This goes to show u that if you stay persistent in your prayers and faith. God will be there answering those prayers.
My wife and I attended last week service and how refreshing is to receive the Holy Spirit(thats my burning desire). Amen. Yes Jody is really cool to see the things that our God has been setting up to make this happen. Thank you all and may God bless our pastors and their families.
After the experience we were taking down tables at the coffee station. A seemingly kind and gentle young man offered and began helping us.
I introduced myself and said I hadn’t seen him before and asked if it were his first time to Life Church. (I was ready to explain the change that just occurred.) He said, “Well, yes, it’s my first time HERE”. Realizing, then he came down from Oklahoma, and feeling a little silly I thanked him for helping, and asked him what exactly he did at Life Church. He said he was the Drummer.
Despite the embarrassment, or my ignorance of the moment, what I experienced was this- We were united as one in an awesome praise and worship to our Father….and what a humbled servant’s heart he had. What an incredible first impression!
Good save? No, just another God thing.
Ceasar and Larry,
Thanks for the kind words. I love it when God’s people work together! Thanks for your partnership!
LIfeChurch Leadership and members thank you for your submission to the Holy Spirit and the Awesome fruit that is being harvested as a result.. I’ve been a member a NCC now LiveChurch Wellington for 14 years. Satan has tried to take this church down many times. Larry and elders thank you for your perseverance. You unwillingness to give up is what allowed God to accomplish what happed on our campus last Sunday! Jody, we had 11 people at our Life Group Tuesday night. We started by watching a 5 min. DVD of family’s at the beach with dads surfing with their kids. Members where challenged to log in their notes as many miracles as they could see. They came up with 17. We then matched scripture to each. One person mentioned the music on the DVD. We hooked that up to 1Chronicles 6:32. We hooked them all up to scripture. Then watched the 1st lesson in the Miracles Series “Calming The Storm”. There are many in our group needing miracles; health, children, moving out of state, supporting a friend whose husband was killed in a auto accident on Valentines day, daily challenges to surrender their thoughts to the Holy Spirit. Craig the teaching was right on and many were comforted. We had one of the best (transparent) sharing times ever as we answered
Life Group questions. This has been worth waiting for!!!
God will never ever, ever, ever, leave us alone! Sorry about the length of the blog, but when I see Him working mightily I get wordy.
Rick
To all who are courageously embracing change at the newest Lifechurch campus in Wellington–I thank you for trusting the vision of the leadership to reach this community for Christ in a new and “ramped up” way! Again and again I am reminded that our world needs the hope found through Christ’s unrelenting love for us. As we transition through change, I pray our vision stays focused and our hearts remain united for the cause of seeing lost people found. Whoever finds God…finds life!
Hi,
I met a young man in the band today from Oklahoma (I think this is his home). Anyway, he said that the thanks need to go to his wife as she is home with their 4 week old baby. I wanted to thank this couple for their dedication, for being obedient to Christ’s call, and for supporting our new church in Wellington. My prayers are with both of you that Christ will bless your marriage and your new familty because of what each of you have sacrificed. Thank you both.

I’ve been a member of LifeChurch.tv here in OKC for 2 years now and I am thrilled beyond words to see how God is working!! My girlfriend lived in Jupiter Florida for many many years and knows Wellington VERY well and has already begun spreading the word to friends in the area that LifeChurch.tv is now available in their area. GO Wellington!! God is good ALL the time!!
My husband and I moved to Port St. Lucie florida from Oklahoma in Sept. of last year for my husband to pursue his life long dream to be a pilot. We are Lifechurch members for about 3 years, we were the first couple married at Lifechurch south OKC campus, and had been watching on the internet and crying every weekend about how much we missed the live experience. My husband would console me every weekend saying that lifechurch will meet up with us again soon knowing that Craig really wants to reach out to people everywhere. Then, weekend before last when Craig made the anouncement, when we saw the palm trees and water in the back I screamed “let it be florida”, “let it be flordia” and when he anounced that it would be Wellington Florida I just about fell out of my seat. It is only an hour south of us. My husband was smiling I told you that Lifechurch would meet up with us again and WE will be there next weekend. We went and met all the wonderful people and it felt like HOME. We cant wait until the next experience.
GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME
Craig you have truly blessed my husband and myself

Wellington
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Wellington. I came down with a few folks from Oklahoma to help with the first couple of weeks of the newest LC campus. From my vantage point (a bit priveledged) you could almost literally see God’s spirit moving in the room. I am the worship pastor for the Tulsa campus and I robbed our campus of a drummer, bass player, and an electric guitar player in order to get the first weekend in Wellington off to a rockin good start. What we experienced was remarkable. People were so connected with what God was doing there. The response of the crowd to everthing from setup and tear down, to worship, the message, and the invitation to accept Christ was such a great opportunity for me to behold.
Thank you all for such a warm welcome. I can’t wait to see what God does through you and all the new believers that will flood that city soon.
Cesar and Mayra—–Thanks for your prayers and for your leadership at LCTV Wellington.
Derrick—You and the boys from Tulsa set a high mark for worship in Wellington. Thanks for sacrificing and helping LifeChurch Wellington get off to such a great start. Thanks to the Tulsa Campus for sharing you and the band with us. You all model a real kingdom mindset.
Hello,
Hello Wellington Florida!
I would like to say I am so happy for all of you at this campus for becoming LifeChurch! I live in Oklahoma and have been to the Edmond, Southside and Oklahoma City campus and I love it everytime! God is truly good ALL the time! I love the inventive and inspiring messages that Craig gives, they always touch my heart and spirit.
I also want to say I do envy you all very much, for you see you have gained a very special worship pastor, I have listened to Chris Rogers for many years and have seen him grow and mature into a wonderful young man and musician. God is really moving in his heart and life. He has recently gotten married to Amber a wonderful sweet young woman, and they will have their first child in August! My grand-daughter!!! Yes, he is my son, and his father and I are very happy and proud for him, but we are sad to see him leave Oklahoma. But, God is Good all the time and I know this is what God wants for him and his wife. So, I look forward to meeting you all in Aug, and take good care of them for us please! Your church will be in our prayers, and I know Chris will bless you with the music! I will miss it!
God Bless,
Brenda Rogers
Hey Brenda–
Spoken like a very proud mom. Who does Chris get his singing skills from? The Wellington campus is already fallin in love with Chris and his worship leadership. We are very blessed to have him and we look forward to meeting Amber for the first time this coming weekend.
We look forward to having you in South Florida as our guest but I am sure the real reason for the visit will be a beautiful Granddaughter!
PS–If you have any inside stories or “fun” pics of Chris I am sure they could be used by us and would help us to take better care of your baby boy.
Yes, I am a very proud mom! Chris has blessed my heart more times than I can count. There is alot of singing talent on both sides of the family. But the most important thing I tell Chris is (What comes from the heart, reaches the heart). I believe when your music comes from your heart, you can touch people with the love of Christ in a big way.
Music can reach people sometimes when nothing else can!
Yes, my real reason is to come and see my new 3rd granddaughter! But, I cant wait to meet everyone he will be working with too. I will be looking for some pics! Have a great weekend! I will be thinking of you all!
Sincerely,
Brenda R.
Larry, Thanks for answering my question. We are still trying to find stats for our area. Tina
